Grey Ghost rides again!!!!
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: This is such a cute car. Surprisingly, excellent performance from a small car and is also great in bad weather.
Cons: Rolls easily, hard to start on cold mornings, many many small repairs.
Overall: This is my favorite car. Nothing is more
fun and quirky to drive and it is so light that if you get it stuck in mud three football players from your local high school can pick it up and carry it out. (no lie, I've proven it!)...

VDub in Da' House...

...The wife wanted to try something different this time, taking a detour from the domestic norm, and the Jetta sure didn't disappoint!
Blue metallic graphite, 6-speed manual tranny, Sport and Protection package, 17" Goal wheels, and the Ipod media interface.
Better gas mileage than previous car, $1300 tax credit... even the insurance was less! What's not to like? When my Honda finally "gives up the ghost", I would love to have one of these, myself!...

the grey ghost
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: I like being able to drive fast and squeeze in between traffic.
I can race with my friends and rely on my car. I've never had any problems and i feel that it has another 100,000 miles easy Cons: what i don't like is the back seat,
with 3 children it's not safe, there's only room for two in the back seat Overall: The car is reliable and has good power still.
It's body is ok but what's under the hood is what really counts. It's a great car for someone in highschool or in college...

A Former Migraine Redeems Itself

...Body-on-frame construction. Simple steering linkage. Cons: Lack of power on hills. Old twin I-beam front suspension with non-adjustable camber and caster angles. Front tire wear on outer half of tread a constant problem, requiring frequent rotation. Steering and braking qualities are only so-so. Gas tanks prone to leaks requiring replacement. Overall: This vehicle was a maintenance headache the first 3 years I owned it. Engine and tranny were replaced under warranty at 58,000 miles due to a factory defect. Much tweaking and tinkering finally resulted in good reliability. I decided to keep it...

Not Giving It Up
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Well I have a 1987 Trbuo Sprint. 188,972 miles and still going.
And that is the Pro. of it still going. Just seems like it will never give up the ghost. Cons: Not made any more. Overall: Great fun to drive. Do not want to give it up...

Keeps on tickin
Source: MSN Autos

...Overall: Great car for its time. I have put close to a quarter million miles on mine.
Still a daily driver. The tranny gave up the ghost at 199,975.
It still has the original water pump and alternator. I had to replace the Bose control head a few years ago. It is like a favorite well worn shoe...

Great work Truck
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Lots of interior room for two four adults. Handles alot of cargo with the back seats folded down.
IT starts the first time everytime and gets me everywhere I need to go.
Cons: I wish it had better fuel economy and power.
Not alot more, but a tad bit more. Overall: I have never owned a Honda(in this case Isuzu) before but if all of the HOndas are built like this one,
I will be going to the Honda dealer when this one gives up the ghost.
I put approx. 20 k in miles on it a year and it just keeps on going. The only problem I have is with the power locks, but then...

good cheap replacement car
Source: Edmunds

...i bought this car to replace my blazer that gave up the ghost,
i've had alot of little electrical problems, a broken door handle, bad window motor, and some idle issues, but overall i like it, it needs work but ill fix the stuff and drive it another 170k...

Dodge Daytona-Ghost Rider
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Front wheel drive is excellent on wet or icy surfaces.
It is light, very responsive and easy to drive. The 5 speed manual is smooth and positve shifting.
The 3.0 L six cylinder engine is quiet and responsive without being a gas guzzler.
It is not an all out musclecar but it has good handling and adequate power to make it a very fun driving car without breaking the bank account.
Overall: I plan to keep this car a long long time. It is a great blend of good styling, nice handling and fun driving, and practical to live with...
