The Porsche 911 Carrera is a dreamed car
Source: Cars.com

..."You might find more expensive high-performance cars and with certainly more Horsepower; but you will not find a sports car with better overall balance than the Porsche 911,
and you will not find a true high-performance machine that is easier to live with as daily transportation.
And on top of that, cost of maintenance is very reasonable. The most satisfying car I ever had and I bought it used.
I was in the market for a nice car considering BMW, Mercedez, Lexus and Acura; but after a careful research I decided for a used Porsche 911 Carrera and I love it."...

A Very Fun Car
Source: CarGurus

...I Love the Porsche 911 gt3, it is ultimate in luxury and speed.
The turning and handling is a little stiff so watch out. The Porsche gt3 goes 0-60 in about 3.6-3.8 sec, and a top speed of about 200 makes it a very fun car...

300k and still solid
Source: Cars.com

..."I am a big fan of Porsche automobiles the reliability on the 911's is second to none,
I recently purchased a 928 from the original owner 2 months ago showing 292,xxx on the clock for $1000 bucks, thinking I would tune it up and sell it for a small if any profit!
Well it's now running great feels fantastic on the road and doesn't leak or burn any oil!
All It needed was a couple of vacuum lines replaced and an oil change!
after driving it every day since purchased I have pulled the "for sale" sign from the window I get complimented all the time on it The valet parked it up...

...More power, higher performance, faster lap times. Top track speed 193 mph.
0-60; 3.8 seconds. Powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six displacement and VarioCam timing.
450 hp at 7,900 rpm. Max torque at 317lb.-ft at 6,750 rpm. Max revs at 8,500 rpm. It has absolutely no problems with it because My Love knows his Porsches. ;) It's good to race all day everyday...

...The car is stunning in every respect. Build quality, performance, looks, handling, feel are all 9 or 10 out of 10.
It simply blows away most Ferraris. I drove this car for 10,000km and it didn't miss a beat. Even on a track day, it was keeping up with race cars...

Why should I also consider these?

The 2010 Porsche 911's terrific performance and looks are nearly unmatched.

The most powerful Chevrolet Corvette ever, the 638-horsepower ZR1, comes close, but depends on displacement to get there, giving it a heavier, more hair-raising feel.

The Jaguar XKR nearly hits the 911's target with a tremendously sexy profile, a much more lavish interior, and this year, a throaty 510-hp V-8 to help make its case.

Within the VW Group alone, the 911 has the Audi R8 in its rearview mirror; the V-10-powered sports car grips with all-wheel-drive tenacity, looks like nothing else, and drops its lid this year in a new Spyder body style.

2010 Audi R8
The 2010 Audi R8 brings the expected Germanic, technical appeal to the supercar arena-but it's the imported Italian V-10 that reveals some true lust in its heart.

2010 Chevrolet Corvette
Stupendously fast yet amazingly practical, the 2010 Chevrolet Corvette is the supercar you can live with.

2010 Jaguar XK
Brilliant from the drawing table down to the tarmac, the 2010 Jaguar XK and XKR have ripened into full sports car adulthood.
