My Dream Car

...I've only had this automobile (2009) model, one year now.
This car is beautiful inside and out. People can't help staring at this vehicle.
if you want a true, classic, super car, buy a Porsche.
With all the re-calls now-a days, it would be wise to purchase one, if you can afford it.
i won't trade mine in for anything else. i will drive it until the wheels fall off or I'm not able too. Which ever comes first...

My Baby

...I really like my little Porsche – I got this car after Nissan 350Z and it was a nice change, quality I this car is outstanding and cannot be compared with other (on my opinion).
Now I’m planning to get an upgrade - same but new. For right now this is my favorite vehicle, but I’m only 25 ?...

...I have had this car for three years...love it. Only problem, you can't drive it in the winter, but who cares; just live someplace warm all year round...

I Love The New 911
Source: CarGurus

...Love my new 997.2. This car replaced my Corvette, which is also a wonderful car, but very different.
The 911 feels more nimble and shifts a bit more smoothly. I do miss the raw torque, but I can get used to this car!! You can't go wrong with the new 911...

Sweet

...good handling easy shift digital read out telling you what is going wrong or directions for what you need to do.
nice sound okay on gas. very fun to drive. it didn't
need any repairs the only flaw is that if you want a hard top for a porsche you have to get it custom made becuase porsche doesn't make hard top convertibles...

My Dream Car

...Best car I have ever owned or driven. It looks great in the Carrara White colour (I hesitated over the colour, but have no regrets).
The engine sounds strong and smooth, like a turbine in full swing, and accelerates very strongly all the way to the red line, despite the car having over done 200 kms.
Love the PDK - works remarkably well!...

replacement for my 911
Source: Edmunds

...No it's not a 911, but it is surprisingly more fun.
The quirky character starts with the handling and interior, and goes all the way to the company propaganda (love the 'always open' mantra and the crazy ads that go with it).
I can pull more g's in the corners than i could with my 911 or boxster even on stock suspension & tires (love the incredulous look as i pass them on the curvy on-ramps).
incredibly easy to manage the manual transmission - heel-toe downshifts are easy, rev-matching is much easier than the supercharged minis. averaging 29MPG with spirited driving+some...

Why should I also consider these?

The 2009 Porsche 911's terrific performance and looks are unmatched.

The most powerful Chevrolet Corvette ever, the 638-horsepower ZR1, is a stout contender to Porsche's muscular 911 GT2.

The AMG version of Mercedes-Benz's SL roadster retains the folding hardtop and stuffs in a V-8 with 538 horsepower.

The Jaguar XKR comes close—with larger rear seats, an even sexier profile, and a much more lavish interior.

2009 Chevrolet Corvette
While the 2009 Chevrolet Corvette provides plenty of impressive performance to dream and/or brag about, this car is not a one-trick pony. If ever there were a practical sportscar, this is it.
