best car ever
Source: Cars.com

..."i've bought this car a year ago and never got any compalins at all,
the car looks stunning it's so atractive u can see people looking admiering .Many times people stopped me on the road asking me qwestions about the car and telling me how great it looks...
the interior is so nice i have it with black and sunset
red leather.Very comfortable that it drives you to
relax and sleep if you are in the passenger's seat i had a mercedese E cLass before though it is a luxury car but the eclipse is way much more comfortable ...
the visibility issue was solved easily when the...

First car I ever financed on my own
Source: Cars.com

..."I bought a 99 eclipse spyder in 2004 and absolutely loved it.
It is still one of my favorite cars I've ever owned.
The only problem I ever had with it was the previous owner put a "performance radiator" and the lower outlet cracked open during one of Utah's harsh winters,
which isn't even a factory defect...I used to travel with this car between Utah and Washington and it was a VERY comfortable drive. To this day I still regret trading the car in,
but I've stayed in the Mitsubishi family and traded up to a 2006 Evo IX :) so I'm still happy lol. I plan on looking for an...

Most fun to drive
Source: Cars.com

..."One of the great things about the Eclipse is feeling special when you drive it.
It's not a car for everyone as far as comfort. You sit down low like a race car.
Visibility backing up takes some getting used to but it's so sporty looking it's hard to resist.
I love the blue dash lights! If I could change something about the car, I'd raise the door molded arm rests.
They're too low. I'd include an outdoor temp gage (GS Model) which I miss in my previous car. Still a very nice sports car and a great warranty!"...

never runs
Source: Cars.com

...I found this out to be crankwalk ( anyone looking to buy a gst or gsx should research this first!) I have purchased a new motor , but built it this time around with a 6 bolt from an earlier model turbo eclipse. I have goen through several alternators and a starter. Broken 2 axles and the A/c only worked for a month. Maybe my car is the christine , but it always needs some kind of attention to run right. Dont get me wrong its a blast to drive especially now that i have right around 320hp it just needs alot of attention and keep up with maintence! Do NOT buy one unless you have it checked out...

We loved ours!!!
Source: Cars.com

..."My husband had this car from the time I met him until we started having children last fall.
It does better than you would expect in snow and you can't beat it when the weather is nice.
Trunk is big enough that we took ours to the beach and for weekend trips. My husband always has the scheduled maint. done, and it was a very reliabe car!"...

NOOOOO! Not again!
Source: Cars.com

..."I bought the GT used with 27,000 miles. The car ran great for a while, then it started falling apart around the 90,000 mile mark.
Between 90,000 to 114,000 miles, I had to replace the transmission, radiator, starter, clutch with 2 pumps, tensioner, cramshaft pulley, head gasket cover, water pump, and more.
Another thing I didn't really like is that it really only has one cup holder."...

My Eclipse should be yellow, it's a LEMON
Source: Cars.com

...Next on the list, tires which I knew I had to pay for. The tires that originally come on the Eclipse are only suppose to last 15-20,000 miles. I had issues with the cooling system, the radiator was replace (semi under warranty), all the hoses, antifreeze, cooling system flush, thermostat all needed to be replaced. That was expensive to fix. More issues with the breaks (not covered), other issues with the stereo controls on the steering wheel. Battery that failed after 3 years, sensors that needed adjustment, and a very loose parking brake. All not covered. Tomorrow I take it back in for the...

Eclipse Design Saved My Teen Driver
Source: Edmunds

...My daughter was in a horrible accident yesterday in her 2008 Eclipse.
I bought the car for the safety rating and airbags.
She and her passenger flipped end over end 3 times before coming to a rest 50 ft from the highway on the roof of the vehicle.
They were going 75 (the speed limit on this hwy). They both walked away with minor scratches. THANK YOU Mitsubishi for your excellent car - it saved my kid's life...

a Shark
Source: Cars.com

...yet people are looking at the eclipse like if it's one of the fanciest cars... the shark design gives it an agressive look like a preditor, when someone spots me in the rareview mirror he steps asside to make room for my powerfull car to pass, defenetly it's a very powerfull and accelerates so fast as the engine roars gives you rush of blood to step on the accelerating pedal more and the dinamite stero 10inches woofer in the trunk makes u want to raise the volume more, it feels like an eathquake with intensive base solos... the interior is outstanding covered with leather! i mean where can u...

Why should I also consider these?

The Honda Accord Coupe is the most attractive front-drive coupe from Honda; its silky V-6 and sharp road manners are worth the premium price tag.

The Hyundai Tiburon front-drive coupe gets four- or six-cylinder power and a choice of gearboxes (it's due to be replaced in 2010 with a new rear-drive Genesis coupe).

The Ford Mustang has a crisp, heritage-inspired design inside and out.

It comes in V-6 and V-8 versions, with manual or automatic transmission choices, and is offered as a convertible.

2008 Honda Accord Coupe
The 2008 Honda Accord Coupe blends great looks with strong V-6 performance and good fuel economy, making it one of TheCarConnection.com’s top-rated vehicles.

2008 Hyundai Tiburon
As good as 2008 Hyundai Tiburon is, its resale value is hurt by the poor quality of earlier models. It's important that you anticipate steep depreciation before committing.

2010 Ford Mustang
Nostalgia is still a big part of the appeal, but the 2010 Ford Mustang is now every bit a modern, refined sport coupe.
