the luxury car I need right now
Source: Cars.com

..."This car isn't perfect, but it is very close. The comfort, the panache and the sturdiness of this car makes it amazing.
My next one may be a Lexus, but then again, this might take 20 years or so...."...

BE AWARE mercedes is a disappointment. big mistake.
Source: Edmunds

...I bought this car from my uncle in 2008-2009 I didnt drive it much until about April of 2011.
I loved it, dont get me wrong its a cute car. But horrible horrible mechanical issues.
First off is the wiring harness..i wasnt aware of the problem when i bought it.
It affects the performance. 2 weeks ago the car was uncontrollably shaking&losing power i took it to the mechanic he tightened a few things& it worked.
The week after the shaking happens again and it stopped with me on the freeway, causing a huge safety concern.
Dont but it unless you plan on spending more...

MB C300 Sport Sedan
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: It has the most beatiful design, especially comparing to 4 door BMW 3 series which looks like a Chevy.
Very sporty but still elegant and comfortable. I am loving it everytime I am in it.
Cons: Not much anyone can find. Maybe the rear look can be changed to give it a bit more aggressive look.
Overall: Great Engine, just what you would expect from a German. Very quick, sporty, and still elegant and comfortable. Just get in one...

Worst Car owned
Source: Cars.com

..."This model Mercedes is nothing but trouble. Expect to be in the shop once a month.
Engine and transmission never had any issues but everthing else failed.
How about you wake up one morning and your car does not recognize your key.
Cost $1500 to replace the key module.Power Car seat does not move back and forward but works great up and down. Cost $700 to replace...

Decent Car for the $$$
Source: Edmunds

...Leased it in 11/2000 and purchased at lease-end. Few problems; but ALL cars have problems, ALL of them!
I have the sport package with xenons, phone, CD changer and it is an awesome ride especially in light of the hands-free laws in certain states.
Would I buy another? Yes! But not where I got this one...

Great Noise, But It Comes At A Cost
Source: CarGurus

...Fantastic noise, great straight line performance. Superb brakes.
The best seats of any production car. Needs a limited slip diff and 10 litres additional fuel tank capacity to be perfect car. Eats tyres like I eat crisps (i.e. too frequently)...

Better than competitors
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Great quiet ride and outside appearance. Cons: Navi horrible, they could learn a few things from Acura.
Trunk very small and glove box can hardly handle the owners manual.
Overall: Many likes and dislikes about this car, did have a great experience with the dealership which helped with my final decision...

worth to keep
Source: Edmunds

...Such a fun car to drive. Over the years I'd put on 130k mileage on it so far. This was my third car I purchased new. my kind of driving style both my civic and accord never made it to 120k... This 230k had been some cam repair done within the first 50k warranty. and replaced the OC sensor and some hosts last year. other than that I have no issue with the engine, transmission and the radiator whatsoever. It'd been such a reliable car. I'm going to keep this car for another 130k hopefully. and just do my synthetic oil change every 5k miles and see how far it can go...

A Love/Hate Relationship
Source: Edmunds

...The 'Sway Bar Rods' go regularly. Fortunately, they go within a year so are covered under parts warranty.
Fender liner fell off, CV boots replaced, heater door motor broke,
signal switch broke, rear speakers rattled, driver's seat belt squeaked,
rear set belts lock up at -25C, passenger seat bottom loose, rear door lock knobs come loose and the rod drops inside, headlight bulbs are $180 each
!. Nothing serious mechanically though. Bit it is starting to rust at the same place on all 4 of the doors...

Love our C230
Source: Cars.com

..."We bought this from a dealer who got it in a trade (one-owner), after researching the model on cars.com and test driving a few others.
We love the way it looks, drives and feels. It's solid, fast and safe. We look forward to many years and miles of driving our Kompressor."...

Why should I also consider these?

With the introduction of a base four-cylinder engine in the C250, the 2012 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is now a more direct rival to the likes of the Audi A4--as well as the BMW 3-Series, which also gets a new four.

Compared to the A4, the C-Class is priced and equipped much the same, though the A4 offers quattro all-wheel drive though more of the lineup and its interior design is arguably still a step ahead.

The C-Class, on the other hand, offers a stronger luxury image.

BMW's 3-Series continues to stand out as the handling and steering champ, although its interior is also quite cramped.

The Lexus IS models remain competitive but lack the luxury sheen and desirability of most of this group, yet their prices are nearly the same.

Finally, Acura's TSX is a recommendation if don't mind giving up some image and want to save a few thousand dollars while getting an enjoyable, even slightly roomier compact sedan.

2012 Acura TSX
With attractive designs and a light, efficient driving feel, the 2012 Acura TSX lineup strikes an ideal balance for a front-wheel-drive sport sedan or sport wagon.

2012 Audi A4
The 2012 Audi A4 provides an engaging driving experience, impressive in-cabin technology, and surprisingly great fuel efficiency—making it a good everyday driver among premium sedans.

2012 BMW 3-Series
The 2012 BMW 3-Series delivers the class-leading sport-sedan performance and handling enthusiasts have come to expect, yet it makes substantial improvements in fuel-efficiency, active safety, and connectivity.

2012 Infiniti G37 Sedan
Forget that the 2012 Infiniti G Sedans are somewhat practical four-door designs; they can provide all the sensory thrills and dynamic satisfaction of full-fledged sports cars.

2012 Lexus IS 350
The 2012 Lexus IS 350 and IS 350 aren't as focused and fun to drive as sport sedans from BMW or Infiniti, though especially in F Sport guise they still look great.
