great GREAT car
Source: Cars.com

...power is no issue it can out accelerates much smaller cars breaking is smooth to. very well built had one accident but still can't find the mark haha. i have the air ride model and it is quite a convenience, it also has almost no roll you can corner a turn as fast as you want it won't tip. has speed leveled volume on the sound system (sound is top notch). the steering is also speed variant, which is nice. i'd say the biggest down side of this car is its a gas guzzler averaging (via the internal economy monitor) between 9 and 14 mpg street and 17-20 high way. so thats it except one thing if...

Most comfortable car I've owned
Source: Cars.com

..."If you like big SUV's, you should really consider the Navigator.
A lot of tech gadgets, but still has that "old school" feel.
Very roomy, leather is soft & durable. Gets 14 mpg running around locally.
Power is decent and handling is great for such a big vehicle.
I had never considered just how handy a power folding third row seat could be. (I rarely need it for passengers, but it works great to keep cargo from sliding around in the back.)"...

Love the Gator
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: I love this car. It is comfortable and it turns on a dime for a large suv.
I have been driving an S-Type Jag and still have it, but I almost always drive the "Gator" now.
I really did not think that I would enjoy such a big car but I do.
It looks good, drives well and the sound system rocks. Cons: Nothing yet. Overall: I was shocked that I enjoy driving such a big car everyday but I do...

Amazing Luxury SUV!!
Source: Cars.com

...The cadillac was nothing compared to this, why did I buy an escalade before buying this yaght of an SUV. The escalade was more maintenance, and it drove incredibly horrible compared to the navigator. The Navigator is a rebadged ford but the escalade is just a rebadged chevy... atleast the navigator has different and luxurious parts compared to the expedition.. the escalade is the same as a denali or tahoe. I am glad I bought this truck, the entertainment, comfort, driving like a sedan is amazing! I absolutely love this luxury plane and I am glad I invested into it back in 2003. I think the...

Fastest Shelby Gt 500 Brother 5.4 L V8 Engines
Source: Cars.com

..."All I need is one of those Shelby gt 500 super chargers and it will accelerate like a Shelby.
I love this navigator when you want it to go it goes even if the top speed is 105 mph but you can go 135 timed myself. But its a muscle SUV(mustang gt)"...

Source: CarGurus

...I love it, luxury and utility in one, Performance is great for a big SUV,
Wouldn't say a fun car to drive but very relaxing, interior has wood package, exterior looks great, Very good build quality, Not so sure about the new ones, they look a little plasticky inside...

Very Stylish SUV
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: I traded my Lincoln MKX which I bought 8 months ago in for the Navigator.
I love the Navigator. It has so much more room and is VERY classy.
Looks and comfort are great. Cons: Haven't found anything yet.
Hope not to. Overall: The Navigator has it all. Make sure you get everything on it (it just wouldn't be the same without all of the luxuries)...

Large, Convenient, Luxurious, One Heck Of A Car.
Source: CarGurus

...From roll down running boards, remote control side-view mirrors, and power fold third row seats, the 2008 Lincoln Navigator is a top-notch vehicle.
Its amazing chrome accents are classy. Amazing stereo, touch-screen navigation, and push button lift gate. Destroys the competition even over more pricy Cadillac Escalades and Range Rovers...

Why should I also consider these?

The most immediate competitor to the 2008 Lincoln Navigator is the Cadillac Escalade.

The Caddy has stepped out ahead of the Lincoln in several key areas, including engine power and interior appointments.

However, the Navigator wins with slightly better handling, a more useful third-row rear seat, and a more affordable price.
