XJR - perfect mouser
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: What can I say - the aromatic blend of high performance and fine leather... Cons: Absolutely none. Overall: This cat turns heads wherever it goes...

Best Bang for the Buck there is

..."You can buy them for way less than a Honda of any year. They still offer lots of good miles for what you pay. And the styling is classic."...

A FUN RIDE
Source: MSN Autos

...I test drove the comvertible and found it to be quite peppy and the ride was incredibly smooth. The sound system was even impressive as was the overall interior. Removing the top is as breezy as the ride without it. Cons: I wish this car came in a 4 door. And, maybe the exterior and interior color combinations could be a little more appealing. Overall: I highly recommend this car for anyone interested in supporting the planet rather than financing the oil companies. Compared to the luxury cars I've driven in the past, this will be a nice change for me and my pockets in the future...

Pace, Space, and Grace,
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: The perfect balance of ride and handling. Good performance with decent gas milage.
Very comfortable, 1000 mile days are a breeze. Cons: Ingress and egress for front a little tight.
Service is very expensive, unless DIY, parts are becoming cheaper and avalability is improving.
No support for phone or navigation options. Overall: An overlooked gem. Must be looked after and running costs are high. But a truly great automobile...

problems since day one
Source: Cars.com

..."I broke the door handle day one of owning it. Come to find out , the door handles cost almost $400.
A few winters later I broke another door handle. The radiator, and components, are not designed for our extreme winter/summer transitions.
I had to replace the entire system, excluding the engine block, everything that runs antifreeze through it.
The fact that the battery is in the trunk is a definite bonus, no corrosion.
Steering is amazing in dry conditions, but in snow...... I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Personally , if this car was owned mid-U.S. and nothing else...

Great Car
Source: Cars.com

..."Just bought xkr 2008 coupe. This car is a legend for Jaguar after the xk-e.
The car is incredibly fun to drive. I had two Jaguar in the past XJ and XJK both were lemon. But this car is fantastic. Great handling, power train is great...

Go Baby Go!!!
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Sleek Smooth & Quiet Cons: would like the gear selection to be noted in the dash board gauges Overall: The Best Buy in the Luxury Car Market for those with Discrimnating Taste!...

Best for the money.
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: It is a fun car to drive. Handling is a dream, parking is easy even though it is a long car and it always gets lots of looks.
Cons: I live in Seattle and we have a lot of rain.
The single wiper blade is nice but even though I change the blade every year it still smears the water from the rain and spray from the freeways.
I've tried everything to clean the film and it works for a very short time.
Overall: I love the car. My second Jag. Bought both new. Owned a Benz, Lincon Mark IIIand Mark IV, Cad Britz and all were purchased new and nothing compares to the Jag for...

2004 Jaguar XJ8
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Stunning to look at; a great full-luxury interior that oozes wood and leather; quick off of the line; aluminium panels.
Jaguar dealer service is top of the line. Cons: Annoying rattles;
seems to have to "go in" for little stuff; terrible in the snow Overall: A great looking car that is first off of the line; too bad the fit and finish (not looks) is not up to par with Mercedes,
BMW and Audi...

Why should I also consider these?

The Mercedes-Benz CLS might have been inspired by the Jaguar XJ; it's essentially an E-Class sedan with curvier styling inside and out, as well as a high-powered AMG version among its flavors.

The BMW 7-Series has awkward exterior styling and the dreaded iDrive controller for in-car systems, but it handles well and is offered in a long-wheelbase edition.

The Lexus LS also comes in a long-wheelbase edition, as well as a hybrid.

2009 Mercedes-Benz CLS Class
The 2009 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class has dramatic styling and a sleeker silhouette than most sedans, but at the expense of visibility and backseat space.

2008 BMW 7-Series
Controversially styled, the 2008 BMW 7-Series still performs like a smaller sedan and carries rear passengers with ease.

2008 Lexus LS 460
The 2008 Lexus LS 460 is a little lacking in personality and presence, so it’s a good choice for those who want top technology and comforts without attracting undue attention.
