Warning GMC doesn't care about customers who buy a used car!Source: Edmunds...Quickly, I noticed very faint noise coming from the steering wheel while turning. GMC looked at it said there was a problem with the rack and pinion, steering column and steering stays to the tune of $2,000 w/ labor. My research says this is not uncommon for this model and year. I contacted GMC, they said they would review it for coverage but that because I bought it used they hadn't made any money off me. If I had bought new and it had the same miles they would help since I would have been considered a loyal customer. So much for my customer loyalty. Worried about future since it only has... |

Worst GM vehicle I've OwnedSource: Cars.com...I have a 2008 with AWD. THe sticker said 16-23MPG I'm getting 13.5 to 14.5MPG country. Dealer tells me this is average for AWD why not tell me this before I buy. I was getting better mileage on my2005 avalanche 4wd. The shifting is terrible the Dealer says This IS Normal. The trans at times will slip 2-300 rpms between shifts Again This IS within spec for the torque converter. I have a klunk every startup when I take off guess what there's a bulletin on this, Anti-Lock relay reset THIS IS NORMAL. Nice looking Nice ride BUT I'm dumping this and buying a TOYOTA!!!!"... |

A Dream to DriveSource: MSN Autos...30 hours (2.5 days) of very comfortable driving. Once on Mexico's toll roads I set the cruise control to 100 MPH feels like 70. Have 25K miles on her. Will definitely purchase another one to leave in Mexico. Handles very well and has the power when putting the peddle to the metal. Head lights are excellent. Cons: The plastic look a like chrome on front and rear bumpers has discolored in several areas from the mag chloride they use on the roads in CO. Overall: Have had two Denali's in the past. They were just a tad more cofortable interior wise. I like the 21 cubic feet of cargo space with all... |
