Great Car for an Intelligent Tech-Saavy Family-Minded GenXer!Source: MSN Autos...I am a professional and wanted a car that screams "SUCCESS." This car does so quite nicely. Cons: The USB is in a bad spot. I've owned Fords and Mercury's in the past and wish this car had the moveable pedals. Two or three memory settings on the driver's seat would be nice. I had heated side mirrors on my Sable and that was nice. Trunk is kinda small, but that is what you usually get with having a battery pack. Overall: I hardly ever have to go to the gas station! In my opinion, this is the best car I've ever driven---and I've driven BMWs, Mercedes, and Jags. In comparison to those high-end... |

Best HybridSource: MSN Autos...The M.P.G. window sticker read 41 city and 36 highway. The reason for the excellent city M.P.G. is because the Hybrid’s electric motor can power the car up to 47 M.P.H. The steering gave good feedback. The CVT transmission is smooth as silk. I found a comfortable supportive driving position. Battery life is officially rated by Ford at 10 years or 150,000 miles. Since March my combined city and highway M.P.G. is 38.2 while running on 87 octane gasoline. What a fun car to drive. I just recently learned that the entire 2010 Ford Fusion lineup has earned Motor Trend’s Car of the Year award... |

Fusion Hybrid ~ One Awesome VehicleSource: MSN Autos...Smooth handling, great looks and love the SYNC system that Ford has put in. I would definitely recommend the Fusion Hybrid to anyone that is looking for a fun vehicle to drive. Cons: As of right now there is nothing I dislike about the Fusion Hybrid. Overall: Being the proud owner of the Fusion Hybrid for six months, I would recommend this vehicle to anyone that is looking for an exceptional vehicle and one that is fun to drive. With all the new gauges to show how you're driving efficient and the SYNC system that allows you to get traffic for your commute and lets you plug in your MP3 player... |

Check out the Ford Fusion, it is a great mid size sedanSource: MSN Autos...Cabin has been well engineered for sound proofing . The dash displays and touch navigation displays are truly amazing and make the Ford fun to drive. Cons: Should have a garage door opener built in, other than that it is an amazing car. Overall: I recommend the Ford Fusion Hybrid. Gas mileage is as advertized. I get an average of 37 MPG driving as I normally would. Test drove the Prius and the Camry hybrid. The Fusion beat out both on looks and cabin comfort. Gas mileage is better than the Camry, but not as good as the Prius. The Fusion was far superior to the Prius in driving comfort and... |

Superior quality with decent performanceSource: MSN Autos...I got the Hybrid hearing about how fast you could still go on the electric motor ~45-47mph but it's nearly impossible to get there without using the gasoline motor first. You can accelerate with just the electric motor but at such a slow rate that you'd have people backed up for a mile behind you. It's best to just accelerate up to 45mph and then layoff the gas until it drops back into the electric motor only. Hills pose another problem to stay in just the electric motor too. I knew that there would be some things that wouldn't be exactly as I'd hope with the Hybrid engine so I'm not really... |
