my ocean blue beastSource: MSN Autos...like the material for the seats they seem to stain easy and I am a smoker an ash fell on the seat and immediately put a small burn in it shame on me for smoking I guess, gas mileage I wish was better but for as big as it is its not horrible, I think the 36,000 mile warranty is a bit cheap, considering most give 100,000 miles, I am a bit worried about the resale I bought it last June before the economy took the big dive but no big plans to get rid of it so i think i will get my monies worth Overall: Overall great vehicle I love dodges, practicle for the family, its roomy has many xtra features... |

Great value vehicle with plenty of uncertaintiesSource: MSN Autos...Overall: A bit cautious of recommending this product as it lacks the fit and finish of its 'predecessor', the Chrysler Pacifica, and competitors. The $5000 less of equipment and features are notably apparent in comparing the two. Gas mileage is as expected, about 18 around the city, and 24 mpg highway. Our family owns a Pacifica, which has had some minor motor issues. Fits a niche in the CUV market for families that want American company products and can't make the leap to a GMC lambda model or a Taurus X, where neither is competitively priced. Dodge, however, jumped the price over $1500 for... |

worth the journey!Source: MSN Autos...Quality ride and quiet inside. Love the infinity sound and the six speed trans. Like the styling too, looks great with the 19 in. chrome wheels and chrome door handles. Plenty of power form the 3.5 engine with decent fuel economy. fit and finish are very good. Cons: sun visors are kind of cheap looking. Overall: after driving several different crossovers, My wife and I agreed on the dodge journey r/t awd. The options you get for the price are great. the styling, ride and quality are great. I have bought or leased seven new cars in the last 15 years and this one is the best by far... |

Its Time To Cross OverSource: MSN Autos...I found numerous leap froggers on the way down and back that wanted to run with a big dog and lets make it clear 90% we foreign autos that cost twice as much and all were sent home wondering if it realy was a production crossover. The Dodge Journey Is a Top Contender. Semper FI Cons: Gas mileage!!!! Overall: The Dodge Journey is a well built vehicle that has stood up to a punishment that normaly would have folded many miles earlier with how dodge used to (build-em).This vehicle is still breakin in and only getting better. The handling for this crossover is fine for its size and weight. Its... |

The Journey has many competitors in the crossover segment, including the substantially heavier Ford Edge, Hyundai Santa Fe, and Chevrolet Equinox.
TheCarConnection.com’s favorite vehicles in the class include the new Honda CR-V, which got a controversial new look in its recent restyling; the Toyota RAV4, which now offers a third-row rear seat; and the Saturn Vue, a far more handsome vehicle than it used to be, and one coming in a hybrid version this fall.
Subaru’s Forester is also a worth a look, particularly in its base trim.
