The $5000 less of equipment and features are notably apparent in comparing the two. Gas mileage is as expected, about 18 around the city, and 24 mpg highway. Our family owns a Pacifica, which has had some minor motor issues. Like the styling too, looks great with the 19 in. chrome wheels and chrome door handles. Plenty of power form the 3.5 engine with decent fuel economy. fit and finish are very good.
