...Pros: This car is so fun to drive! With the six speed stick, I feel like I have complete control of every ounce of it's mopar muscle.
I recently drove it from OK to New Orleans on a vacation.
Very comfortable. Great road tripper. And talk about a head turner.
I've had a couple of opportunities to open it up and it doesn't disappoint.
I feel like I own a race car with a big silver back gorilla under the hood; you know, the one in the old Samsonite commercial.
Roowwll!!! Cons: No spare tire. Big blind spots. Overall: The 1970 Challenger used to be my favorite muscle...

GREAT SRT8
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Reminds me of the "Old Days" and I love the car.
I looked at the shelby and the Camero, but the sales person at Chevrolet thought they could sale there car OVER sticker.
I sure am glad he did becaujse I love my SRT8. Cons: Need a convertable to really stick it to Chevrolet.
Overall: I would buy this car again. This is my first time to buy a Dodge auto, but it won't be my last. I have owned many many muscle cars over the years, but this one is GREAT!!...

MPG is the only flaw

...Sight out of the behemoth is liberal, though the c pillars are large. Overall: With wife-friendly options (universal garage opener, huge trunk space, navigation, hands-free integration with your bluetooth phone, seat-warmers, remote start, push-button ignition, and the list goes on and on and on), it is a machine built with the memory of the greats...rear wheel drive, four hundred and oh-my-god horsepower hemi with over 400 ft/lbs of torque, functional air dams and scoops with a huge spread of gear ratios that allow you to drive smoothly and gently...but you will in no way ever drive her...

A great automobile.
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Brutally fast, stops right now, corners, wonderful V8 soundtrack.
Cons: The location of the turn signal indicators in the outboard pods is less than ideal.
It would have been better to have them in the inboard pods.
Access to the back seat from the driver's side is cumbersome. Overall: I have driven many automobiles in my 36+ years behind the wheel and this is by far my favorite...

Sweet Ride Approaching....
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: It is a hot car. Very retro, yet updated in all the right ways.
Comfortable, with a functional backseat and trunk (even a pass-through backseat).
Models for all budgets. Cons: No complaints! Overall: This is a beautiful car and definitely a head-turner.
It isn't dime-a-dozen, like other comparable muscle cars. It is a lot of fun to drive and own, and so far, it has been great (6 months)!...

Perfect Pony Car For Me: Expectations Fulfilled
Source: MSN Autos

...I 'm saving up for an aftermarket brake package. Overall: I think the Challenger is great in the R/T model. The 5.7L Hemi is plenty strong and appears to be easily upgraded with aftermarket parts. Between 3500 to 5500 rpm the engine impresses, but it also makes me think that it's no where near it's full potential. Which is just fine for me, because I really want to find where that fullest potential is myself! It cruises very nicely, with very little if any wind noise at all, making listening to the radio and having conversation easy tasks. Going 75 mph up and down even steep hills is...

Go buy one now!

...Pros: What a head turner. Seems like everytime I take this car for a spin i'm getting thumbs up and heads turn.
Extremely well built car that handles like you wouldn't believe.
Cons: I can't think of anything I don't love about this car. Overall: I recommend this car to anyone and everyone. I've never wanted to drive a car more than I do this one...

Sharp, fast and FUN!!
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Style and Drivability. Great street crusier. Cons: Dont like the 1st to 4th shift.
The interior could be a little more flashy Overall: The car is a big buiser. Fun to drive, I have 6spd and I love going through the gears...

Why should I also consider these?

Sporty cars like the 2009 Dodge Challenger invite paper comparisons where horsepower, torque, and available performance options rise to the top of the priorities list.

This focus on performance limits the Challenger's competition to its two historical competitors (Mustang and Camaro).

Compared to these competitors, the Challenger's trunk is larger at 16.2 cubic feet, and it does have marginally more rear seat room, although none of these cars offers a truly roomy backseat.

2010 Ford Mustang
Nostalgia is still a big part of the appeal, but the 2010 Ford Mustang is now every bit a modern, refined sport coupe.

2010 Chevrolet Camaro
After what felt like an eternity of waiting, the 2010 Chevy Camaro is here—and it's good.
