Muscel car for the young and old.
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Style, handling, power and comfort. Cons: It's difficult to stay off the gas pedal....
Overall: I love the body style. It turns heads and is very stylish. I like a bigger car that has the leg room and trunk space combind with power and a sporting look...

Ratings not Posted by owners, MSN please fix.
Source: MSN Autos

...Overall: Hard to rate a car you own that just hit show rooms this week to actual owners. Over 10,000 people put down 5000 dollar deposits months ago for a car they had not seen yet except in photos and video. USA Dodge only allowed 5000 numbered, badged cars to be sold in USA out of 6800 built in 2008. All 425 HP SRT8. The rest went to Canada and Over seas. Un numbered. I own a R/T Charger with Road and Track Suspension and Handling options, along with same seating set up and optioned to the hilt. I have run my hand over every inch of one in my Local Dodge show room yesterday. The owners car...

Cool car

...I was very pleasanty surprised by the quality and solidness of this vehicle. It takes some getting used to the blindspots but this car is very comfortable to drive. It is an absolute head turner...

My Mean Machine
Source: MSN Autos

...but I expect that in time the constant crowd gathering everywhere you go with it could be bothersome if you just want a quick trip to the store and back. This doesn't happen. For the couple of supposed owners who posted here that they didn't like the styling, you obviously have never driven this car, and been exposed to the positive attention it draws. Overall: There are a few retro muscle cars back, or soon coming back, and it's good to see all of them. For me though, nothing compares to the look of this car. It has all the power you need for a truly exciting ride; the interior is stylish...

What a Driving Experience
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Style, power, handling Cons: having to pay more the sticker, not getting the Dodge driving experience as promised when I bought the car!!! Overall: I love the car, my Dad wants one...

Kudos Dodge... Awesome Job on an Awesome Car!! :)
Source: MSN Autos

...Not only has Dodge delivered, but they have immensly exceeded my expectations. Cons: I don't think there is anything I don't like about this car. Sure, there are a few minor things I might have done differently but the only two that come to mind are the Ram Head badge on the front should be maybe an SRT8 badge and I think I would have gone with a three spoke steering whell rather than the one that wes used. Pretty minor stuff, that's it... nothing else I can think of. Overall: This car ROCKS!! Anyone who reviews this car otherwise obviously has not driven, nor do they own one. Plain and...

Dodge Challenger
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: nice interior, dash controls good, seats could be more comfortable.
Cons: Exterior styling not like the old Challengers.
Need to have vinyl top option. outside body too bland.
needs to curve down and in to rocker panels like the old ones. Needs body mouldings (chrome). Overall: The exterior of the car needs redesigning...

RETRO MUSCLE
Source: Kelley Blue Book

...UNLIKE MOST MUSCLE CARS AND OR SPORT CARS, THIS BABY IS VERY CONFORTABLE (FRONT SEATS). QUALITY EQUIPMENT; 6 SPEED TRANS, BREMBO BRAKES, Z- RATED TIRES, HIGH PERFORMANCE HEADS AND MORE. THINGS THAT REQUIRE ATTENTION: VEHICLE A LITTLE HEAVY, BACK SEAT AREA VERY LIMITED LEG ROOM, PLASTIC PANELS LACK CREATIVITY AND STYLING. HOWEVER, THE LOOKS OF THIS BABY MAKES YOU FORGET ALL HER FLAWS. YOU WILL BE CONSTANTLY INTERVIEWED BY FANS, MUSCLE CAR AND SPORT CAR LOVERS. IF YOU CANT HANDLE THE ATTENTION RE-CONSIDER OWNING THIS VEHICLE. I'VE HAD A VIPER AND A VETTE Z-06, NO COMAPRISON TO THE ENJOYMENT YOU...

Why should I also consider these?

The Mustang is a perennial player in the muscle car segment.

Unlike the Challenger and Camaro, the Mustang never went out of production.

Comparing today's models, the 2008 Mustang is nowhere near as large as the 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8.

You can seat three in back in a Dodge; don't try that in the current Mustang or the upcoming 2010 Camaro, which we bring up here even though it doesn't go on sale until 2009.

If you like your muscle with additional practicality, perhaps the four-door Pontiac G8 GT is more up your alley.

It has a rumbling V-8 and rear-wheel drive to boot, and a new 402-hp version with a manual transmission is on the way for 2009.

2010 Chevrolet Camaro
After what felt like an eternity of waiting, the 2010 Chevy Camaro is here—and it's good.

2009 Pontiac G8
The G8 gives Pontiac real sport-sedan credentials and hits the mark with only minor faults.
