...no real resale value which meant it made for a great low cost purchase.I only need 7.5K miles a year from this baby and I see no reason why I can't nurse it right along. I live only a few miles from a small showroom dealership and 25 minutes or so from a full service one with lots of parts. Knowing the '99's have a better reputation made the choice an easier one even though there are newer ones out there, some still untitled. The ownership experience thus far has been trouble free from the standpoint of the car's reliability and very enjoyable. I even had to replace a cracked windshield...

Nice car but want more support!

...Pros: I like the styling, handling, and overall performance.
Good value for options that can only found at luxury cars.
Cons: Only the a few service centers are in operation.
Bad support from Daewoo Motors of America. Difficult to find parts.
I had two cam shaft position sensor failure over 5 years of ownership.
DMA recall for defects now. Hope they get it right! Overall: I do like my Leganza. I hope I can get some decent service through...

...Pros: nice leather seats, nice sunroof even though it gets stuck sometimes, not much else Cons: haha where to start!
well i had to have the engine rebuilt and its still the loudest car i've ever heard.
The dash came un-glued, the antenna doesnt always go up,
the key gets stuck, I had an interior fludding problem
Overall: Well Its a GREAT thing that they went out of business because I think it is the worst car ever built..I laugh when ever I see someone else driving one!

...Pros: WAS VERY ROOMY AND LOOKED STYLISH. Cons: PROBLEMS SINCE PURCHASED IT.
ALL WINDOW MOTORS HAD TO BE REPLACED AND SOME ALREADY TWICE.
BOTH VISER HAD TO BE ALSO REPLACED. FUEL PUMP, 3 BATTERIES, MOTOR REPLACED DUE TO TIME CHAIN, CANNOT FIND PARTS TO REPLACE BROKEN LENS AND MISSING TRIM.
BOTTOM LINE, OWNED IT FOR 2 1/2 YEARS AND HAD TO HAVE IT SERVICED 17 TIMES. WORSE CAR I EVER OWNED. Overall: BY AMERICAN MADE...

...Pros: I use to Love my care until I recieved a letter saying they were bankrupt.
I had to have brakes on my vehicle in January 2003.
It took me 2 wks. to find the parts for my car. I feel stuck due to the fact I owe $8,000.00 on a 1999 that I cant get rid of.
I am upside down with the equity. I need help getting out of this car.
