GREAT SPORTS SEDAN
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: absolutely everything - great car, handles well, get compliments every day.
wife gets it next year and i get a v Cons: should have got the v Overall: even though this cts with the di 6 is snappy and has overall excellent performance,
i tested the cts-v after i purchased this one and the difference is unbelievable.
nicest sports sedan on the market in my opinion. can't say one thing negative, little harder on gas than other 6's, but i don't really care. GREAT SPORTS SEDAN...

Good, not great.
Source: MSN Autos

...Poor voice recognition. Poor rear legroom. Poor front legroom with AWD - wearing shorts in the summer, left calf always up against drivers side speaker -gets uncomfortable. Poor storage space in front - no place for sunglass case or phone if you have drinks in cupholders. Expensive. No rear camera. Overall: Good car, but not great. Feels small after owning it for 6 months, and the reliability issues are concerning. This was my final attempt to buy American, but the frustrating shifter problems and suboptimal dealer experience killed it for me. When my wife's BMW X5 needs service, they come to...

Good job old GM
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: I did get all the extras and I am pleased with the style and the function of all the interior options.
Very quiet and very comfortable. Bluetooth is excellent, as is the navigation and stereo system with the hard drive.
Now I would consider this a must have option. The seating package was not what I wanted to spend extra on but very glad that I did, it is worth the extra money.
Seats 5, with 1 car seat, fine. No headroom or legroom issues.
Very fast and handles nearly as well as my Vette. Cons: MPG is what it is and comes with any car like this.
Still worth it...

Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Pro: This car has excelent performance and handeling.

CTS-V ULTIMATE SPORTSCAR
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: THIS IS THE GREATESS CAR I'VE EVER OWNED.I'VE HAD MANY..NEVER HAD A CAR THAT WOULD MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I'M 22 AGAIN.IT'S THE FASTEST
,MOST AWSOME,BEAUTIFUL CAR THAT I NEVER DREAMED COULD COME TO LIFE.
Cons: THE ONLY THING ABOUT MY CTS-V THAT I WOULD SAY IS A DOWNER IS IT'S MUCH SMARTER THAN I AM....ALL THE ELECTRONIC'S,MENU'S,AND COMPUTERIZED LUXURIES.
Overall: I LOVE THIS CAR,AND IF ANYONE READ'S THIS AND THINK'S THAT CADILLAC COULD NEVER BE A WORD USED IN A SENTENCE THAT MENTIONED FASTEST AND RACEING
,SHOULD TRY A TEST DRIVE.I BET IT WOULD CHANGE YOUR MIND...

Excellent
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Styling, performance, interior features and just the right size.
So far the car has been flawless. Cons: Nothing really.
Overall: We shopped the usual suspects and going in we thought we'd end up with the Acura TL.
That quickly changed when we saw the new design of that car....yuck.
The Caddy had just the right amount of interior room, nice design features and an excellent balance of performance and comfort. It's been a perfect choice...

American Dream
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Definitely a dream car. Got the level 2 luxury package.
Can't think of a thing I'd change. Diamond White, beige interior wood grain.
REAL head-turner Cons: Back-up visibility is a little tough but would not change it if it meant altering the appearance of the car one bit.
Beautiful. Overall: Cannot imagine why anyone would not buy American for a luxury car.
Looked at the BMW, Mercedes, and Audi. They were 10K to 20K more similarly loaded and not nearly as nice to look at...

Shake Rattle and well.......squeak and rattle
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Smooth acceleration and handling, exterior styling Cons: The interior of this car was an absolute deal breaker.
If you do not like squeaks and rattles, then avoid this car ...........
on a brand new cts, there was a symphony of squeaks and rattles from the center console, shifter, dashboard, and doors............what a total letdown.
Almost hard to believe that this was the 08 north american car of the year.
They should have paid more attention to interior quality because the actual ride and performance was good. Overall: A letdown. Expected better...

Great Car
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Styling, handling, responsive, interior elegance, luxury features, quiet cab, "head turner
." Cons: Have had it for 3 months and currently there is nothing that I dislike.
With the new keyless locking feature, it is possible, I believe, to walk away from a running car if not tuned in to the horn not sounding.
Overall: Totally pleased with my purchase of this vehicle. This is my fourth caddy. I like this one as well as my 98 STS...

Why should I also consider these?

The CTS is offered with two different engines like the C-Class, 3 Series, and IS, and though the stronger of the two V-6s is the best choice, the difference isn’t so pronounced as for some rivals.

The turbocharged 335i has much faster acceleration and the G37 has even crisper handling.

Nearly all of its competition comes in a more traditional luxury shape, with the C-Class best matching the CTS on features.

The CTS is larger and heavier than its competitive set, which hampers acceleration and handling, although the CTS has very well-balanced handling and an especially well-tuned Stabilitrak stability control system.
