The forgotten BWMER
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: 155 mph for real and its is governed at that point Cons: expensive,
however like cars of this type it value has already seen the bottom and is begining to rise Overall: not for everyday, but it is a head turner with great speed and stability.
Not for the faint of heart or pocketbook...

Very Reliable Car
Source: Cars.com

..."Still a classy car after 15 years, looks new, handles great and gets lots of lookers.
Has features that were ahead of it's time. If I could afford it, and they still made them, I'd seriously think about buying another one."...

BMW Thunder would be a better name
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: I tricked it up with NOS, new fenders(not a bodykkit)Twinturbo,
i heightened compression, i dropped it 5 inches, it has a good-looking hoodscoopthat pops up at 3000 rpm, jump suspension, baseball seats and beige interior.
Cons: Styling a bit Overall: KIKASS car that really jumps with upgrades...

Suave in German...
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Love the look and the interior fits like a glove.
A GREAT road car. Cons: Takes an hour to read the manual of how things work.
Great once you know the details, but all the controls are not intuitive. Overall: Great road car. Effortless at any speed. Handles wonderfully...

The Ultimate Styling Machine
Source: MSN Autos

...It makes for some interesting comparisons. Great thing about the BMW is you do not see many on the road and the styling, even though it is almost 10 years old, is still very attractive and contemporary. I get far more compliments on the BMW than I do the Porsche. I have looked at a bunch of other cars to buy as my next second car and find nothing as appealing (certainly not any other BMW.) The BMW is very comfortable to drive. It does have a heavy feel to it, but that has never really bothered me. I recently added wider wheels and new rims (more open, that show the brakes). This really...

What they should have built originally
Source: Edmunds

...This is not your father's 850. A stock machine was given to Steve Dinan and $45,000 later, a twin-turbo super coupe was delivered.
Suffice it to say that all of the performance short comings were eliminated as there now lurks a 525hp, 550 lb.torque well mannered V12 waiting to be driven.
Less then 50 V12s were altered and of the 8's, most were automatics (not as much fun as the 6 speed but very well behaved).
This combination of raw power, slot-car handling, and technology, all brought together in what is perhaps the best looking vehicle that Munich has ever produced, is hard...

Superior car
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: The styling of this car is unique. Its performance is also superior, as is the ride. Overall: BMW made a big mistake when they discontinued this model...

Modern Classic
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Handeling, power, style Cons: You can only seat 2 comfortably Overall: Great car to drived everyday and great car to collect...

THE FAST AND THE LUXURIOUS
Source: MSN Autos

...the pixel lights go out on the OBC, and if you only drive the car on weekends and leave it unattended for weeks, the batteries can go dead. But if you practice preventitive maintenance like trickle charge the batteries, replace hoses and belts, and other small PM things, this car will not leave you stranded. Parts are readily available and there are many sources and helpful forums for the mechanically challenged like myself. Overall: This is not a muscle car or a kit car that you see every day. This is a rare beauty that does everything well, and will start becoming a collectable. It is fast...
