5 Years of TearsSource: MSN Autos...The third time, the dealer wanted to charge me for it. But after I wrote to the President of Ford Motors, orders came from Detroit to replace them free of charge. Engine head cracked twice. Brake master cylinder failed many times. Windows fell into door. AC failed once. Onboard computer had a mind of its own. All of this within first 60,000 miles. Finally sold the car in 1995 to a junk yard for $1500.
