Bad BentleySource: MSN Autos...Bentley sent a flatbed to pick up the car and took them a week to fix a leak. I was told they do not have enough man power to get it done and then parts were delayed.Only got the car fixed after speaking to a regional manager W.Hill(Bentley's customer service gave me hard time just to find the right person to talk to),I have owned 5 mercs,I never had to go through so much trouble to get things done I should have stuck with the new S class Overall: Overpriced compared to the problems with the car.
