Won't Mind This For A Weekend CarSource: CarGurus...It's pretty much an improved version of the old one, I mean the old TT was Audi's first attempt on creating a Fun Car made for weekends and a contender to the old SLK and the BMW Z3. Then Merc came out with SLK AMG and BMW came with AC Schnitzer Z3 and what did Audi gave the TT. Quattro! a 4wd roadster? doesnt seem right at all. When it is a Fun Car Roadster means that you bought this car to have fun and not for it to have wonderful top of the class AWD handling. You're not going to drive it in rain because it's a roadster and when you're at the beach you would let the top open and beaches... |

..."I have driven a lot of sports cars and I have to say that the Audi RS4 beats all of them. |

perfect toySource: MSN Autos...Cons: there could always be more hp Overall: The breaks come very early and very strong and this may take some getting used to. Acceleration is also better compared to the RS4 due to the lighter weight of the R8. Unfortunately I could not perform any threshold breaking tests in the R8. As in the RS4 the engine sounds quite willing also at high RPM. I drove the manual gearbox version as I did not expect anything new from the tiptronic version. If the tiptronic works similar like the current DSG from VW/Audi (means it down-shifts by itself on full throttle (in manual mode) and it does not... |

fun carSource: Cars.com...which helps you to drive in reverse gear and beeps when you're getting closer to something -- the frequency of the beep changes as you get closer. And I like the acceleration. It is so easy to leave everybody behind you if nobody is hogging the left lane. Torque is plenty -- no need to downshift when passing. I got some passengers to scream because of the acceleration. They told me it is like in a rollercoaster. The windshield wipers start and stop automatically when it starts or stops to rain. The sound system takes SD memory cards -- I copied nearly all my CDs on a 4GB memory card. The front... |

Clutch the asphalt in an iron gripSource: MSN Autos...engineers were commuting through the alps at 140mph and which were shoved into overcrowded subway cars by transit guys wearing white gloves - so I went with the one that's been making powerful sedans for 100 years rather than 15. Cons: Excellent quattro system is slightly harder on the gas mileage Overall: For the absolute control this latest generation quattro drive system offers - this is an advantage enough for me over most competition as its deep rally heritage is subtly but reassuringly present - with smooth effortless performance that feels connected to the driver and the road in some... |

Most Fun Car I've Ever OwnedSource: CarGurus...After driving all of them I ended up liking the Mercedes and Audi the best of the four. The BMW's transmission and shifter didn't feel as good as it should for the brand and price point, and the M-DCT wasn't out at the time I needed to buy a car. The IS-F was too polarizing, both inside and out. I didn't like the fake exhaust, either. The Audi was the most balanced of the four - and the all-wheel-drive quattro system was really apparent on wet pavement and mountain roads. The styling worked for me, the powertrain worked for me, and the interior was top-notch in qualities, if not a bit... |

The 2008 Audi RS4 competes in two arenas; against sedans, it's a head-to-head foe of the BMW M3, though priced much higher, and the new Lexus IS-F, also much cheaper.
The RS4 has the all-wheel-drive advantage, however.
Among convertibles, the Mercedes-Benz SL550 isn't quite as quick and it's only a two-seater, but it comes with a folding hardtop standard.
Jaguar's lovely XKR has scalding-hot power and a feline grace about it, as well as a fantastic six-speed automatic with paddle shifters and two very small, very unusable rear seats.
The V-10-powered BMW M6 convertible is even costlier and heftier, and it has a confusing array of interior controls.
