Surprising WinnerSource: MSN Autos...Cons: The suspension is sportier (stiffer) than I like, it does little to soften rough roads. A six speed transmission would be a better fit for this vehicle - the five speed is not as smooth or accurate as this type of vehicle deserves. Probably too many bells & whistles, although many of them are useful. Overall: Spent several months test driving cars in the $25-55k range and while many excelled in a few categories, the Acura TL scored well in across the board. It was not my first choice, and initally I wasn't sure about the styling, but the car really grows on you. After narrowing down to... |

Great Car!Source: MSN Autos
...Pros: I fell in love with this vehicle at first site. |

Favorite Ride!!Source: MSN Autos...!! The 5.1 surround sound stereo system is fantastic, the hard drive instant rip of CD's is really cool and the navagation system finally works in Alaska ( not that we have many roads but it's still nice to have it work ) You could not ask any more of a vehicle and I couldn't be happier with mine!! Cons: steering column adjustment should be automatic but that is a very minor thing Overall: Best possible vehicle for the money and I looked at just about everything available in this vehicle class and for the money you can not find a better vehicle!!... |

Worth The PriceSource: MSN Autos
...Pros: Our 3rd TL and it's the best one yet. Roomy, nice ride, adequate acceleration and great navigation, stereo, voice, and bluetooth. |

One hot cup of cappicino!Source: MSN Autos...SH-AWD package, Tech package, handling...I didn't notice any thing wrong like a numbness with the steering. Acceleration and sports feel in a 4 door sedan. Cons: None as of yet. Overall: Full to the gills with features that would be extra cost as options on other brands. Not stuck on the status symbol thing is one reason why I again choose an Acura over say a "Bimmer." I got caught in a down pour on I-20 outside of Atlanta and WOW! The car handled like a dream! This is my 14th car and I am looking forward to whipping Grace around the highways and by-ways for the next couple of years... |

An Impressive CarSource: MSN Autos...The transmission shifts as smooth as silk at almost every level and the cabin is quiet. This car is confident on both streets and highways. The grand prix freeways of Atlanta was the perfect playground and it performed well. It was just as confident at 80 something as it was at 40; handling is crisp and sure-footed. It's a fun to drive car. The interior has ample space...ditto for the trunk and the driver's cockpit is practical with all controls within adequate reach. It's loaded with standard features too. After driving the TSX for 3 days I almost forgot I have to return it. Although I love... |

high tech heavenSource: MSN Autos
...Pros: High tech and beautiful interior! One of the top performance car i've ever owned. |

Lots of Toys for a good priceSource: MSN Autos...Cons: Headrests do seem to be a little too close or too far foward and can only be adjusted up or down. Somewhat vague steering on the highway takes some getting used to. (On Models with the push-button start) If listening to the stereo while driving, you can't turn the ignition off (Transmission in PARK) without turning the stereo completely off. U can keep the stereo bumping if u turn the car off in any other gear, however, then shift to PARK. Trunk has a very HIGH lift and small trunk opening. There is no constant display of the odometer. Have to shuffle between 2 tripometers, tire... |

Read the professional reviews, but judge for yourself.Source: MSN Autos...This car is sized comparibly to a BMW 5-series and a Mercedes E-Class, but priced $20,000 less, comparibly equipped. The audio system is impressive and versatile with a sound an aftermarket system. The navigation system is complex, while being easy to program and comprehend. You can control most of this car's functions with one of the 700+ voice commands. On the flip side, it takes a couple of looks to get acclimated to the radiator grill. If you still don't like the grill, there are already aftermarket replacements available. To enjoy the musical roar of the engine, you will make frequent... |

Better Styling PleaseSource: MSN Autos...Other manufactuers do a much better job of making the UI more intuitive. Overall: We test drove the TL, the Inifinti G sedan and the Caddy CTS. Going in we expected the TL to be our choice until we got to the styling. I actually started laughing when the sales person said the grille was "high tech and aggressive". Yea right. It ended up last on our list for the reasons listed above. The Inifiniti was very good but a bit narrow in shoulder room plus we had a 2003 G35x sedan that we had problems with. We felt it was overrated on quality. We ended up with the CTS based on performance, comfort... |

When it was launched as a 2009 model, the Acura TL was the most extreme definition of Acura's new styling direction. It was a polarizing design, with a brash front end and... May 2, 2011 by John Voelcker 4

We aren't huge fans of the facelifted 2012 Acura TL's design, as it looks quite a lot like the last one, though there's a lot to redeem the car once you get past the face... February 10, 2011 by Nelson Ireson
We've already brought you key details and live photos of the 2012 Acura TL fresh from Chicago, but now we have the full details. A mild mid-cycle refresh, the 2012 TL adds... February 9, 2011 by Nelson Ireson 5
The Audi A4, also redesigned for 2009, is a front-wheel-drive-biased vehicle just like the TL, but Audi has taken great pains to move its mass rearward and make it a sportier, more engaging drive—and they succeeded.
BMW's 3-Series is the benchmark for its class due to its magical ride/handling combination, but it's a tighter fit inside and options are pricey.
The Cadillac CTS presents as strong a styling statement as the TL, yet does so in an appealing way; rear-wheel drive, a well-sorted chassis, great powertrains, and a sumptuous interior complete a compelling package.
Starting in the low thirties, yet with an interior that comes within inches of a Mercedes S550 for richness and room, the rear-wheel-drive Hyundai Genesis sedan is the value leader here, but soft handling means it won't win in the slalom.
Volkswagen's Passat also brings great value and a stunning interior to the table, but just like the TL, its front-wheel-drive setup won't thrill driving enthusiasts.
