Land Rover’s third-generation Range Rover was first introduced in 2002 and was updated in 2005 with some minor styling revisions as well as a range of new V8 engines sourced from Jaguar. The luxury SUV is set to undergo another minor update, as revealed by these latest spy shots of a camouflaged prototype spotted in the United States.
The facelifted model is expected to go on sale in the first half of next year for the 2010 model year, and should only feature some minimal revisions. These will include a new grille and headlight design, as well as several updates to the interior. These changes will be minimal as the interior was revamped only last year, picking up a new dashboard design, electronic park brake and new seats.
While no major mechanical updates are planned, there could be the introduction of a 5.0L V8 engine, which will also appear in a number of Jaguar models as well as facelifted versions of the Range Rover Sport and even the Discovery 3. A 3.0L V6 turbodiesel to replace the current 2.7L unit could also be on the cards.
The list of changes are designed to keep the SUV fresh until the arrival of the next-generation model, expected to fall sometime in 2011 or 2012.

They keep facelifting it for 20+ years already. Technology updated, looks forgotten. IMO
