Farbio’s GTS supercar finally goes on sale

British sports carmaker Farbio has officially announced the start of production for its new GTS supercar, which already has a long list of orders from customers in the U.K., U.S., Scandinavia and Thailand. The car is available in both naturally aspirated and supercharged versions and features a full carbon fiber body, space frame chassis and a flat underfloor with an integrated rear diffuser. The final kerb weight is just 1,066kg for the supercharged car and 1,048kg for the atmo model.

The mid-engine supercar develops 262hp in normally aspirated form and has a 0–60mph acceleration time 4.8 seconds. The Rotrex Supercharged version develops up to 384hp and has a claimed acceleration time for the 0-60mph dash of just 3.9 seconds.

Brakes are AP Racing with four-pot calipers with 350mm vented discs in the front and 328mm units up back. Suspension is fully adjustable dampers with Eibach coil-over springs and the base wheels measure in at 18in. Inside, there’s Sparco racing buckets and a touch-screen interface for the satnav, climate control and stereo system.
