Driving near Lauren’s estate in Colorado, a member of GTP Forums spotted roughly 15 or 20 garage spaces next to the main building of the estate, and kept a keen eye out, knowing that the designer was the owner of some very special autos including the world’s fastest production car.
All of sudden, there it was. What happened next is something we’re sure many readers can understand. According to his story, the poster did a three-point-turn in the middle of a highway, crossed onto the oncoming lane and swerved through traffic just to get another look.
Eventually he caught up to Lauren in a small parking lot and managed to share a short conversation with the designer, who turned out to be a very friendly chap. Check out the full story and see all the images over at

Ive met Ralph a few times now...He also has an estate in Katonah NY....Thats his main place and where he gets his inspriations for his designs (According to him)...I live about a mile or so from his place..You cant see it from the road but there are 2 gated entrances, on different roads...When i was a teenager my friends and i use to sneak up there just to see his place...I have to say, its like another world back there...Cars everywhere, prefect lawns/flowers, ponds, and not to mention the house/garages....Oh yea, his hedges are cut in the shape of the Polo logo, the polo horse....The house itself is pure amazing...Every so often you see him crusing around in all sorts of exotics....He owns one of the first Bugatti's ever made...If im not mistaken i think he told me it was worth something like 16million dollars...Very few left, if not the only one left...Its great to see him out enjoy what hes got..He lives right nextdoor to Martha Stewart too lol....

Just blows me away that people can afford these things.
I drove my friends Murcielago, and you know what? We couldn't take it anywhere. If they didn't have valet parking with the car parked in front, or a too-steep entry to the parking lot, forget it,.
No thanks...

Gus, your story doesnt add up. The murcielago, and gallardo have a button that you can push inside the car that lifts the front of the car up 4 to 5 inches to be able to get over speed bumps and inclines. it has had this feature since they started making them, and is standard equip.
