Hyundai rolls out Tiburon TSIII limited edition in UK

Hyundai is preparing for the launch of its all new Genesis coupe but before it arrives officials have given the car it will replace, the Tiburon Coupe, one last hurrah with the unveiling of the new TSIII limited edition model. On sale in the UK only, the Tiburon TSIII has offers a number of styling enhancements and unique colors as well as a new sports suspension set-up and quilted leather seats.

The TSIII is available in Stone Black, Rose Red, Crystal White or Carbon Grey and is fitted with 17in anthracite-finish alloy wheels as standard. Other features include a quad tailpipe exhaust system, a larger boot spoiler than the standard car, and new LED brake lights.

Under the hood sits a 141hp 2.0L petrol engine that moves the car from 0-62mph in about 9.3 seconds and takes it to a top speed of 129mph.

Inside the cabin, the TSIII features quilted leather sport bucket seats with matching leather trim on the doors. Adding to the sporty feel are chrome sill guards with a TSIII logo, metal foot pedals and a new sports steering wheel.

Air conditioning with climate control, heated front seats and cruise control all come as standard on the TSIII, along with an iPod compatible stereo and metal-look finishes on the steering wheel, centre console and air vents.

    wow… looks good (read: for a hyundai) but in the end it has just as much power as my focus. which is at the bottom of its class for power.

    An example of all show and no go. What the heck 141 hp for a limited edition model?
