Key features of the new concept include the over-sized grill and aggressive wedge shape, centrally mounted dual exhaust pipes and a rear glass hatch. Other design details included in the CR-Z are the electronic side-mirrors, LED headlights and 19in alloys.
For the interior, designers attempted to combine a sporty look with something that remains modern and high-tech. The result was the adoption of a mesh material for most of the surfaces with plenty of glass and LEDs laid out across the instrument panel.

Wonder what the toned down production version will look like. Honda needs to hurry up & offer more models - especially Acura.

It looks to me as the rumoured SIlvia's enemy. Good news, even for green activists. But keep engines under 2.0 litres and four cylinders, a couple of turbochargers can do the rest.

this could well be a KILLER APP of the 'sports hybrid' genre!
if they utilized super capacitors (as the race winning toyota supra hybrid did), this could well deliver performance like the s2000, with mileage possibly in the 45 - 60 mpg range.
