Not quite up for a full Focus or Fiesta ST? Ford Motor Company [NYSE:F] thinks it has the right way to bridge the gap between its standard models and its hot rods with a new package called ST Line set to be offered in Europe.

ST Line consists of visual effects, not mechanical or suspension upgrades, meaning it offers buyers the chance to get the style they want without having to step up to the full ST package. For now, it will be offered on the Fiesta and the Focus, but Ford says two other models will be similarly upgraded by the end of the year.

In both the Fiesta and Focus, the package adds 17-inch metallic grey wheels, a roof-mounted spoiler, a special front fascia with a honeycomb grille insert, and a rear diffuser.

Inside, the cars gain more heavily-bolstered sports seats and red stitching as well as a perforated, leather-wrapped steering wheel. An ST gear shift lever, a dark woven headliner, and scuff plates round out the changes.

Although it hasn't been announced for the United States yet, we wouldn't be surprised to see an ST Line arrive to supplement the automaker's existing Sport trim level offered on certain models.
