Fast 8 is speeding into production. We recently learned that Charlize Theron is set to join the baddie side of the theatrical automotive equation. Now comes word that someone fresh will be added to Kurt Russell's team. Scott Eastwood, yes the son of Clint, is joining the team. He'll be under the tutelage of Mr. Nobody, so we assume that means he's set to help Dominic Toretto and his crew.

The movie is reportedly aiming for an April 14 release date in 2017. After that, there are two more installments to crank out before this insane roller coaster ride comes to an end. That's right. You'll one day be sitting down to watch a tenth movie in the Fast and the Furious franchise. You shouldn't have to wait very long to do that either, as the ninth installment will arrive in 2019 and the final film is said to be landing in 2021.

If you don't enjoy these films, well, we can't convince you to give them another shot. What you're missing out on, however, is fun-filled action films stuffed with all sorts of automotive awesomeness. Vehicles from different time periods, many of which have originated in different corners of the globe, all get plenty of screen time alongside the actual actors.
