Rain has caused flooding in California this week and one Lamborghini driver decided his car was a submarine as he forded a flooded street. Amazingly, the Gallardo kept going despite water nearly up to the roof.

Chevrolet unveiled the production version of the 2017 Bolt EV, a 200-mile all-electric car that will carry a price of just $37,500 before incentives. The Bowtie believes it has finally cracked the code on mass-market electric cars with the Bolt EV.
