Arabian supercar marque W Motors shocked the world when it first announced plans for a car with a price tag of $3.4 million. The car was the Lykan Hypersport, and its production run would total just seven cars. It now appears all of them have been built and sold as W Motors is ready to bring us a new model.

The company has started teasing a model called the Fenyr Supersport and confirmed the unveiling will take place at next week’s 2015 Dubai Motor Show. From the teaser shots, it’s clear the Fenyr Supersport will feature the same edgy design as the Lykan Hypersport.

The Fenyr Supersport won’t be as exclusive as its predecessor but W Motors promises to lift the performance bar higher. In case you’ve forgotten, the Lykan Hypersport came with 770 horsepower, could hit 60 mph in 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of around 245 mph.

W Motors first showed us a model called the Supersport back in 2013. At the time, the company said the car would cost around $1.6 million, produce as much as 1,000 horsepower and weigh in at less than 2,650 pounds. Production of this model was said to be capped at 25 units but a track-only version is also expected.

It’s likely the design and specifications have changed since then but we’ll have all the details soon as this year’s Dubai Motor Show gets underway November 10. For more from the show, head to our dedicated hub.
