If you thought the Focus ST was the limit of Ford’s tuning potential of its Focus, then you’d be wrong. Coming next year is a new Focus RS, and we hear it will pack an all-wheel-drive system and an uprated version of the Mustang EcoBoost’s four-cylinder engine.

An autonomous Audi RS 7 will lap Germany’s Hockenheimring grand prix circuit this weekend completely on its own. To do this it will rely on some pretty sophisticated technology including a 3D camera and almost pinpoint accurate GPS tracking.

You don’t see supercar owners tracking their cars very often but one owner of a new McLaren P1 took his car straight to Laguna Seca after taking delivery. You can watch him hit the track in a new video.

You’ll find all of this and more in today’s car news right here at Motor Authority.
