Volvo has revealed a new engine that displaces just 2.0 liters but can produce 450 horsepower. The key is a triple-turbocharging system that features an electrically-driven compressor wheel for instantaneous boost pressure.

Lamborghini is working on a new GT3-spec Huracán race car. The car recently conducted its first shakedown test and should be ready for the 2015 motorsport season.

Another prototype for the next-generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class has been spotted. The new car is expected to debut in 2016, as a 2017 model.
