It was only a week ago that Zack Snyder, director of Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, revealed the new Batmobile that’s set to star in the movie. However, the shots Snyder posted up didn’t show the car in full and weren’t representative of how it would look on the streets.

Well, thanks to one of our spy photographers, we have a full gallery of the new Batmobile which was snapped during filming. Never before seen details we can glean from the shots include the car’s scissor doors, headlights, and what appears to be its exhaust.

The vehicle is definitely more of an athletic buggy than the famous Tumbler from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy, but it’s still packing some heavy artillery. It also features the massive wheels that are shaping up to be requisite for all future Batmobiles.

Plot details for Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice are yet to be released but we do know it follows on from 2013’s Man of Steel, with Henry Cavill set to reprise the role of Superman. Batman, meanwhile, will be played by Ben Affleck.

The movie isn’t set for release in the U.S. until March 25, 2016. That means we probably have a few more months of teasers ahead of us until the first official trailers hit. Still, the wait should be worth it (for comic book fans, at least) because this film is helping to round out and establish the DC Universe, which includes the Justice League movie being shot simultaneously.

Other popular characters from the DC Universe featuring in the movie are Lois Lane (Amy Adams), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg). Oh, Alfred, the Wayne family’s endearing butler, is in it too. He will be played by Jeremy Irons.
