The Porsche Boxster is an undeniably great sports car. It was so good when it was introduced in all-new 981 form that we named it our 2013 Best Car To Buy. For the 2015 model year it's getting even better with the addition of the GTS model.

An extra 15 horsepower and 7 pound-feet of torque over the Boxster S bring the new totals to 330 horsepower and 274 pound-feet of torque from the 3.4-liter flat-six engine. But the upgrades don't stop there: Sport Chrono and Porsche Active Suspension Management are standard, as is a six-speed manual transmission--though the fantastic PDK dual-clutch is available as an option.

Darker wheels, redesigned front and rear bumpers, bi-xenon headlights with dark surrounds, black-tipped exhaust outlets, and black lettering offer exterior visual cues that mark the GTS apart from the rest of the Boxster line; inside, Alcantara and leather trim and standard sport seats improve the atmosphere.
