Volvo is on a roll with its series of forward-looking concepts, all of them inspired by the lines of the automaker’s classic P1800 sports car of the 1960s. The latest is the stunning Concept Estate, which features a shooting brake body but actually previews the design of Volvo’s future wagons.

While America awaits a homegrown Touareg of its own and a bigger Tiguan, Volkswagen's brewing up a third crossover SUV for its global lineup--and the VW T-Roc is the early look at what's coming. Looking like VW’s version of the Nissan Juke, the T-Roc should prove popular in the marketplace, assuming the production version isn’t watered down too much.

British supercar startup Arash has revealed a new car, the AF8. The Ferrari 458 and McLaren 12C rival is powered by a V-8 engine and is said to weigh just 2,645 pounds.

You'll find all of this and more in today's car news headlines from around the High Gear Media network, right here at Motor Authority.
