Audi has released the first images of its third-generation TT sports car, which is due in showrooms later this year as a 2015 model. The car will be launched in base and TTS trim, but we hope a high-performance TT RS version is eventually added.

In documents supplied to a court overseeing Fisker’s bankruptcy, the electric car startup’s new owner, Wanxiang, has revealed that it plans to build both an electric version of Fisker’s Karma sedan as well as a V-8-powered version.

The McLaren P1 is sold out, but a few lucky individuals were allowed to drive a production-spec prototype recently. One of those individuals was British journo Chris Harris, who has out together a great video of his time behind the wheel of the epic supercar.

You'll find all of this and more in today's car news headlines from around the High Gear Media network, right here at Motor Authority.
