Retired from his winning endurance racing career, Allan McNish has taken up a job reporting on Formula 1 for the BBC. He's trading on his experience as a top-flight racer of hybrid-powered race cars, and we're buying in.

Of course, McNish also has some seat time in F1 cars, too, so he may be one of the best-placed humans anywhere to give an educated guess as to what this season's radically different F1 cars will be like.
