A prototype for a plug-in hybrid BMW 3-series has been spotted. The car is likely to be the automaker’s third plug-in hybrid, following on the heels of the i8 sports car and a plug-in version of the X5 SUV.

Volvo’s first two models developed by its Polestar performance partner have finally landed. They’re based on the latest S60 and V60 models, and hit showrooms this summer.
