A single image alleged to have come from Toyota shows the profile of a sports car that’s reminiscent of the MkIV Supra. At the same time, Toyota is reportedly planning a new concept car for next month’s Detroit Auto Show that previews a potential successor to the Supra.

Chevrolet has confirmed that the racing version of its seventh-generation Corvette, the C7.R, will make its debut at the Detroit Auto Show before heading to Daytona for the opening race of the new United SportsCar Racing series.
