A single image alleged to have come from Toyota shows the profile of a sports car that’s reminiscent of the MkIV Supra. At the same time, Toyota is reportedly planning a new concept car for next month’s Detroit Auto Show that previews a potential successor to the Supra.

Chevrolet has confirmed that the racing version of its seventh-generation Corvette, the C7.R, will make its debut at the Detroit Auto Show before heading to Daytona for the opening race of the new United SportsCar Racing series. The automaker has also shown the updated ‘Jake’ logo that will feature on the car.

Lamborghini has released a new teaser video for its upcoming replacement for the Gallardo supercar. It features three lads from the U.K. visiting the factory in Sant'Agata Bolognese in search of the car.
