If you’re still trying to work out Infiniti’s new naming strategy, where each of its model names now start with a letter Q, this video will help clear up any confusion. The automaker uses the letter “Q” to denote its regular models and “QX” for tall-riding models like SUVs and crossovers, and then a number to show its position in the automaker’s hierarchy of models.

The first model to be introduced under the new strategy was the Q50. Below this will be a new Q30 while above it are several models, all of which are existing models that have been renamed.

At the top is Infiniti’s current flagship, the QX80, which was formerly the QX56. We hear there will even be a model or two positioned further up the line, though Infiniti is yet to confirm this.
