The beyond-super supercar wars are already primed to be hot at Geneva with McLaren's P1 and Ferrari's replacement for the Enzo on deck, but now it looks like Lamborghini will join the fray with this, the Veneno.

We can't tell you anything more about the car than what's already aboard the rumor train (we're sworn to secrecy) but the information and leaked images from Car and Driver tell us to expect a 6.5-liter V-12 engine mated to Lambo's ISR automated manual 'box, a peak output of 740 horsepower, and a 220 mph top speed.

That's impressive, to be sure.

Pricing is rumored to be in the $4.6 million range, and the bit of the magazine article that accompanies the image says there will be only three, one in each color of the Italian flag.

We'll have the full details and much better photos of the car for you soon, so stay tuned--and be sure to keep up-to-the-minute with all of our Geneva Motor Show coverage.
