The 2014 Alfa Romeo 4C aims to be a compact, relatively affordable supercar. It's certainly nailed the design aspect, and while we're fine with a 240-horsepower car that weighs 2,200 pounds, some might find the power a bit short of supercar status.

Audi has built its 5 millionth quattro vehicle, an A6 Allroad with a 3.0 TDI engine. We were kind of hoping it would be an Audi Quattro 5000000.

And Porsche has taken the wraps off its newest 911 RSR race car.  With its new 991-chassis basis, the car is aiming at endurance racing around the world, including the WEC and 24 Hours of Le Mans.

All of this and more can be found in today's car news headlines from around the High Gear Media network, right here at Motor Authority.
