Bentley Continental GT3 Concept Live Photos: 2012 Paris Auto Show

Follow Joel

Bentley used to be serious about motorsports and if its latest concept tells us anything, it's clearly considering making a comeback. The Bentley Continental GT3 concept looks like a race car that is ready to take on the competition, though it's strictly a concept at this moment.

The massive front splitter and wider bodywork are imposing in person. The side exhaust and massive rear wing are hard to miss, and the hood features heat extractors that also reduce front-end lift at speed.

Concept or not, Bentley is planning to continue development and will hopefully return to racing. A test program for the car will begin next year which will provide Bentley with data as to how much more work the car needs before it can make its racing debut.
