Racing is serious business, and the crews that train for the furious action required at pit stops, like the Telmex-sponsored Chip Ganassi Racing crew shown here bowling over a privileged spectator during a driver and tire change practice run at the Brickyard Grand Prix last weekend.

The coordinated action--and spectacularly compressed time frame--necessitated in a competitive pit stop leaves little room for innocent bystanders, as this unfortunate (but apparently uninjured) woman found out the hard way.

According the YouTube video poster, the team yelled clearly, "GET OUT OF THE WAY!" before rushing onto the scene, but the woman apparently didn't heed the warning and met with the shoulder of a crew member before the driver and another crew member rushed in behind.

The bottom line: keep your wits about you when you're in pit lane, or you just might get them knocked out.
