At about 3,800 pounds and 550 horsepower, the Bowler EXR-S has better power-to-weight figures than a Cadillac CTS-V. And it's built to run over the unpaved surfaces of the Earth with little to no regard for its undulations, crevices, and protuberances. In other words, it's pretty badass.

But the EXR-S isn't made for the exclusive off-road beat; it's a street vehicle, and while the street suspension isn't yet fully sorted, it looks to be well on the way to earning the title of world's fastest SUV.

Chris Harris arrives at that same conclusion after a stint behind the wheel, laced with his typical first-person overview and a healthy dash of hoonage. Enjoy.

    I liked the yellow one more. Over-steering is awesome! Suspension is remarkable! What a nice car, what a great driving experience!
