General Motors announced the 2014 Chevrolet SS is going to be a facelifted VF Holden Commodore from Australia. This vehicle will also be replacing the Impala in the NASCAR Sprint Cup series. While the SS will be a 2014 model, it will arrive in the U.S. during 2013 and make its formal racing debut in February at the Daytona 500.

Aston Martin is still considering bringing back the Lagonda name and producing an SUV. The reason behind the move is the Chinese marketplace. With competitors such as Lamborghini and Bentley preparing to offer high-end luxury SUVs, Aston Martin sees an opportunity.
