Chevy Blows Out The Candles On 60th Anniversary Of Corvette: Video

Follow Nelson

The 2013 Chevrolet Corvette 427 Convertible is a limited-edition model built to commemorate the Corvette's 60th anniversary. It's fitting then, that it's the car used to blow out 60 candles, trackside, at speed.

Happy birthday, Corvette--even if it is a bit early. The first Corvettes rolled off the assembly line on June 30, 1953.
