A new teaser for the Volvo V40 is out today, looking rather compact and hatchback-like in a sunburst photo. The V40 is back after a hiatus of eight years, to replace the V50--which originally replaced the V40 in 2004. Expect the full details on the V40 to come at the Geneva Motor Show next month.

Audi is getting us ready for the arrival of the 2013 Audi RS5 with a new video. We already know the sleek and stylish coupe will pack a 4.2-liter V-8 good for 450 horsepower, but hearing and seeing it in action is far, far better than reading a spec sheet.

Rounding out today's top trio, we have the 2013 BMW X3, which gets the 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo we've enjoyed so much in the Z4 and 3-Series. It hasn't been made official for the U.S. yet, but it's only a matter of time.
