The latest version of Hyundai’s Genesis Coupe 3.8 R-Spec comes packing a 348 horsepower V-6, which is a big improvement from the previous 306 horsepower version. In fact, Hyundai claims the new car has a better power-to-weight ratio than the Infiniti G37 and the BMW 335i.

We know the new Genesis Coupe will pull harder than the old one, and we had no complaints with the old model’s Brembo brakes, which (we think) return as-is for the new model year. If the new car will launch harder and stop equally hard, what else could it be used for?

In Hyundai’s latest Super Bowl ad, called "Think Fast," the Genesis Coupe 3.8 R-Spec steps in to revive an unconscious boss, who was just about to deliver words of sage business wisdom.

Those of us with CPR training would advise against trying this method yourself, no matter how hard your car can accelerate or brake. In fact, there are probably trauma surgeons cringing at this video and its potential for neck fractures and spinal cord injuries.

If you don’t take it seriously (and don’t attempt this on your own), it’s a pretty funny ad, and it’s definitely worthy of Super Bowl air time. We’re with Jeff Bridges on this one: the new Genesis Coupe R-Spec will indeed get your pulse going.
