A man driving a 2009 Bentley Continental Flying Spur in Kiev, the capital city of Eastern European nation Ukraine, was involved in a serious accident last month that involved not only a police officer but a total of seven other cars--one of which was a Mercedes-Benz CL550 coupe.
The driver of the Bentley reportedly ran a red light, traveling with enough speed to totally obliterate the front-end of the CL he eventually hit.
He also hit a policeman helping to control traffic at the busy intersection, along with seven other cars including the CL, a Toyota RAV4 and Volvo S60.
Despite hitting the policeman with considerable speed, the officer was fortunate enough to only have suffered a fractured leg. There were no other serious injuries to report.
The matter is still being investigated and according to GT Spirit the driver of the Bentley may have been under the influence of alcohol and possibly drugs at the time.
