2011 Alfa Romeo 4C Concept live photos

First shown at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, the original Alfa Romeo 4C Concept grabbed us by the throat and got our attention with its stunning looks, light weight, and high performance. The revised concept unveiled today in Frankfurt keeps that aggressive attraction going.

Still weighing in at a scant 1,875 pounds and turning out more than 200 horsepower from its 1.75-liter turbocharged four-cylinder, the 4C Concept tantalizes with its performance potential. Mix in the dual-clutch transmission, mid-engine layout, and its graceful curves and you have a recipe for greatness. The updates for the Frankfurt showing include some minor tweaks to the styling and the new "fluid metal" silver paint.

The 4C Concept gets its surprisingly low weight for a modern sports coupe by relying heavily on carbon fiber for its construction. Follow the link for more details on the revised Alfa Romeo 4C Concept.

  1. This beautiful car deserves more than 200hp. That paint-job is is so sweet just like the last 4C concept.
