Lexus Engineering Amazing campaign

Remember Lexus’ ‘The Hard Way’ campaign that showed off the lengths that the automaker would go to in order to achieve the high levels of refinement found in each of its cars? Well, Lexus has brought out a new series of videos, this time titled ‘Engineering Amazing’, and you guessed it, the latest series focuses on Lexus’ forward thinking engineering processes.

It demonstrates how Lexus engineering goes beyond solutions that simply improve things, instead seeking solutions that change the whole conversation. The hope is that it will convince buyers that for Lexus, the best is yet to come.

The campaign will run through to January of next year, with the first spot, ‘Wall’, breaking today and the second one, ‘Reactions’, debuting on June 16.

Pasted below is the Wall ad as it will appear on television as well as an extended version.

  1. Toyota was the first to introduce the hybrid engine so it makes sense that they should add it to all their vehicles to improve fuel economy. I think that these new commercials will benefit the forward thinkers at Lexus.

  2. @Daniel: It was actually Ferdinand Porsche in 1900 the first to build a hybrid automobile in the world. However, it didn't become widely available until the release of the Toyota Prius in Japan in 1997, followed by the Honda Insight in 1999.
